Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the myitson Portal platform, including the website located at portal.myitson.com and the myitson Portal mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms you must not use the Platform.
About the Platform
The myitson Portal allows registered users (“Portal Users”) to promote services offered by myitson.com using a unique QR code or referral link.
Portal Users may earn commission when new customers register through their referral and purchase an eligible package on myitson.com.
The Platform does not guarantee earnings and commission payments are subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms.
Eligibility
To use the Platform you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate registration information
- Maintain valid and up-to-date bank details
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where inaccurate or incomplete information is provided.
Referral and QR Code Use
Each Portal User is provided with a unique QR code or referral link used to invite customers to register on myitson.com.
Referrals must be obtained through legitimate marketing methods and must not involve spam, misleading claims or fraudulent behaviour.
Commission Eligibility
Commission will only be earned when all of the following conditions are met:
- A new user registers on myitson.com using the Portal User’s QR code or referral link
- The referred user purchases an eligible package
- The payment is successfully processed and not refunded or disputed
- The Portal User has valid bank details stored within the Platform
If these conditions are not met, no commission will be generated.
Commission Calculation
Commission is calculated based on the net transaction value received by myitson.
This means commission is calculated after payment processing fees including but not limited to:
- Stripe transaction fees
- Apple App Store fees
- Google Play Store fees
Commission is not calculated on the gross package price prior to such fees.
Commission Payment Terms
Commission payments are processed monthly.
- Commission earned during a calendar month will be calculated at the start of the following month
- The Platform will generate an invoice for the previous month’s commission
- myitson will have up to 30 days from the invoice date to process payment
Payments will only be made where valid bank details have been provided and the account is in good standing.
Refunds and Chargebacks
If a purchase made through a referral is refunded, disputed or charged back, the related commission may be reversed or deducted from future commission payments.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Generate fraudulent referrals
- Misrepresent myitson services
- Use spam or unsolicited marketing
- Attempt to manipulate the referral system
- Use automated systems to create fake accounts
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, termination or forfeiture of commission payments.
Platform Availability
Access to the Platform is provided on a temporary basis. We may modify or withdraw the service at any time without notice.
We cannot guarantee that the Platform will always be available or uninterrupted.
Liability
The Platform and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the Platform including but not limited to:
- loss of income or revenue
- loss of business
- loss of profits
- loss of data
- indirect or consequential damages
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
