Commission Rules

The myitson Portal allows registered users to earn commission by referring new customers to myitson.com.

These rules explain how referral commission is generated, calculated and paid.

Referral System

Each Portal user receives a unique QR code or referral link.

When a customer registers on myitson.com using this referral, the system records the referral under that Portal user.

Commission is only generated when the referred user completes a valid purchase.

Commission Eligibility

A commission is only counted when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The customer registered using the Portal user’s referral QR code or link
  • The customer purchases a qualifying myitson package
  • The payment is successfully completed
  • The payment is not refunded or disputed
  • The Portal user has valid bank details stored on the platform

If any of these conditions are not met, the commission will not be generated.

Commission Calculation

Commission is calculated based on the net payment received by myitson.

This means commission is calculated after payment processing fees have been deducted, including but not limited to:

  • Stripe processing fees
  • Apple App Store commission fees
  • Google Play Store commission fees

Commission is not calculated from the original package price before fees.

Monthly Commission Calculation

Commission is calculated on a monthly basis.

  • All commission earned within a calendar month will be calculated at the start of the following month
  • The system will generate a commission invoice for the previous month
  • The invoice will be visible within the Portal dashboard

Commission Payments

myitson processes commission payments within 30 days of the generated invoice date.

Payments will only be processed where valid bank details have been submitted and verified within the Portal system.

Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred purchase is refunded, cancelled, or disputed through a payment provider, the related commission may be:

  • Cancelled
  • Removed from pending commission
  • Deducted from future commission payments

Fraud Prevention

Portal users must not attempt to generate commission through fraudulent or misleading behaviour.

Prohibited actions include:

  • Creating fake accounts
  • Referring yourself or accounts under your control
  • Using automated systems or bots
  • Misrepresenting myitson services

Accounts found to be engaging in fraudulent behaviour may be suspended and any commission earnings may be forfeited.

No Guaranteed Earnings

The myitson Portal does not guarantee earnings.

Commission depends entirely on successful referrals and completed purchases.

Changes to Commission Rules

myitson reserves the right to modify these commission rules at any time.

Updated rules will be published on this page and will take effect immediately.

Commission Duration and Program Changes

Commission is earned only for qualifying purchases made by referred users under the terms active at the time of the purchase.

Referral relationships do not grant Portal users a permanent or lifetime right to earn commission from a referred customer.

myitson reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral commission program at any time. This may include:

  • Changing commission percentages
  • Changing qualifying products or packages
  • Limiting the duration of referral earnings
  • Ending the referral program entirely

Any such changes will apply to future transactions and will not affect commission that has already been confirmed and invoiced.
